Muse to WordPress is installed as a WordPress theme. There is no conversion, your Adobe Muse files are stored unchanged in a folder. Muse to WordPress will remain installed to let your theme work.
“Muse to WordPress” respect the WordPress hierarchy. Based on DOMDocument (php library), the code use HTML from Adobe Muse to replace WordPress pages. You can use Actions/Filters to modify the HTML return.
